I'm putting hand on the stick(for IR sensor) I've connected mine joystick using original power supply(using 230V-110V AC-AC 5W adapter) and I don't get any reaction (no fore feedback centering force, etc). And remember that in future with new ISO/ANSI C standard and new compiler/toolchains it can become problematic to compile old code -) That's good that project is mentioned on wikipedia's wingman page, but still on most sim boards FFBPv1 is considered a no-go, because of gameport and non-working usb adapters. And why you aren't sharing hex files? (I guess that if your code us improved upon, and even works more like original, then you should share it, because(I guess), not everybody know how to use 'make' (I hope that easier installation will help gathering more peoples wanting, including more peoples wanting to debug and reverse-enginer whole protocol and got complete force-feedback solution. But what is it for? (for rotating view, like using hatswitch, but not temporary?). Only some "Y-rotation axis (Ry)" and "X-rotation axis (Rx)".
